We'll start with our Made To Move System 3-Step Approach with an in-depth "body" assessment, which includes a
1. postural analysis 2. A rundown of Pilates fundamentals, 3. A tailor-made exercise based on your assessment

This is where we get to know your objectives and create a roadmap by agreeing on goals, expectations to get you there in four months or less. You'll also get a hands-on feel for our state-of-the-art equipment.
It's the perfect, way to start repeating the benefits of Pilates!

Enjoy an exclusive one-on-one session with a qualified instructor, tailored to your goal and needs. We'll use our full range of Pilates equipment to give you a complete workout. Need to release tension? This class can also be used for a private massage or manual therapy session

Duet Private Class
Pilates for 2!

Pilates is always better with a buddy! Enjoy a class with a partner and an instructor who will customize exercises for each of you -even if your needs are different. You and your partner will just need to book together and each have a duet package to get started.

This is our signature class, and we're proud to be the first to offer the full suite of equipment in a semi-private class! With a maximum of just three people, you'll receive tailor-made exercises just like a private session, but with the energy of a group. You'll get to use our full suite of equipment—from the Reformer to the Tower, Mat, and Sling Suspension—making it perfect for all levels, and especially for those who need extra attention, like pre/post-natal clients or those in post-rehab.

NEW: ByDesign Lite
Looking to build a solid foundation? This class is for those new to Pilates or who want to refine their base movements. It’s a great way to kickstart your journey, using the Reformer, Barrels, and Mat with small props. Rest assured, it is also 3 people to 1 instructor and a great challenge!

Your 2 main equipment will be the Stability Chair and Trap-Tower, plus other support equipment.
We customize the intensity for each individual, using our Stability Chair and Trap-Tower as the main equipment. A minimum of two people are needed to start, with a maximum of six.

Reformer Class
A full-body, resistance-based workout with small props

A functional training class perfect for athleisure or sports performance, using the reformer and other equipment as stations.

Mat Work - Total body toning using just your body weight and small props.

Hatha Class - Focuses on breath, slow controlled movements, and alignment-based stretching

Vinyasa Class - A flow class where you connect breath to a series of movements

We provide high-quality Manduka 5mm mats, but you're welcome to bring your own.
